New Customers: To place an
immediate order, you can simply choose from the
list of forms below. Complete the form and click
submit to electronically send us the form. We
will contact you to confirm your order, the total
due, payment method and shipping information.
You can also log-in to our On-Line system by selecting
Customer Access from the menu to your left. You
will be emailed a confirmation of your user name
and your password within 24 hours. If you would
like to submit an immediate Quotation Request,
please select it from the list to your left and
follow the on-screen instructions.
Existing Customers: If you are an existing
customer and wish to place a reorder, request
a NEW quote or check the status of an existing
order, please select Customer Access from the
list to your left. If you are in need of a new
product(s), please contact your Sales Professional
so we may assist you.
Our production times are as follows:
- New Orders: Up to 7 Working days (process
color may require longer times)
- Repeat Custom Printed Orders: Up to 5 Working
Days
- Repeat Blank Orders: Up to 3 Working Days
- Ribbon Orders: Same Day to 72 Hours
Please note that production times begin with
receipt of an approved proof (printed and special
blank orders) and a purchase order for labels,
tags and/or ribbons. These times are on average
and may change based on current available press
time. We always strive to accommodate our customers'
needs for quick turnaround, however, Expedite
Fees may apply. Expedite Fees can range
from $50 to $200 (or more per order under certain
conditions and with restrictions). Please consult
with your Sales or Customer Service Professional
for more details.
