Annual Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance contracts are like insurance for expensive
bar coding equipment. Just as you rely on auto
or home insurance to protect your investments,
you can rely on Annual Maintenance Contracts to
protect your printers and scanners.
All equipment eventually breaks down. Be ready
for that day by putting your equipment under contract
coverage BEFORE you need repairs. Contracts cover
all equipment repairs and labor for an entire
year.
Depot Contracts
When you choose Depot service, you send your equipment
to us. Depot repairs are performed by our technicians
who repair your reported problem and return your
equipment quickly and economically. If your equipment
is not covered under a BCS maintenance contract,
you must request an RMA (repair merchandise authorization)
number before sending in your equipment. Benefits
of Depot Contracts:
- Unlimited repairs for life of contract (excludes
normal wear, tear and abuse)
- Most contracts offered in 1, 2, or 3 year
terms
- No RMA numbers necessary-just send your equipment
to us with a brief explanation of the problem.

- Repairs are expedited within 48 hours
- All parts (excluding printheads) and labor
are included with depot contracts
- Standard return freight (UPS Ground) included
in contract pricing
- One annual fee - no hidden charges
- Minimal upcharge for factory-installed options
